What is Lasalle Uniform’s return policy? 

Stethoscopes are not returnable if you are having problems with your stethoscope please contact toll free number for 3M Canada in your little booklet provided with the stethoscope 

In store purchases:

You have 30 days to return your items for a full refund or exchange.  Items must have a valid receipt.

Online Purchases:

For online returns or exchanges we charge a flat return fee of $10 for return shipping. This charge will be pulled from your refund or store credit. The flat fee for exchanges can be paid over the phone or through email.

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with the tags still attached. Returned items will be inspected once received, and items that do not meet our policy will be shipped back at customers expense. 

Shipping charges are not refundable.

We have the right to refuse any return if it does not meet our return policy. 

What if my item is defective?

For repair, maintenance, and warranty service that is covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

How do I return an item?

Email store and we will send you a return label, which you can bring to your local Canada Post.

All items returned must be in their original condition with their original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties, and tags. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving.

Please allow 14 business days to process your return.

How do I exchange an item? 

Email the store and we will send you a shipping label to return the item. Once received we will send you the new item.  There is a flat fee of $10 for any return or exchange.

Are there any items I cannot return or exchange? 

Stethoscopes are final sale.
