How fast do items ship?
Online orders are dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Weekend Orders: Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped Monday morning.
Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, your package should arrive within 1 to 3 business days anywhere in Canada.
Do you offer exchanges for online orders?
We do not offer direct exchanges for online orders. To get a different size or style:
- Return your original item for a refund (minus the $13.99 flat shipping fee).
- Place a new order on our website for the correct item or size.

Orders $100+ (pre-tax): FREE shipping
Orders under $100: $13.99
Are shipping charges refundable?
Original shipping charges from your initial order are non-refundable.
Are any purchases final sale?
To maintain hygiene and customization standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale and clearance items
- Stethoscopes
- Compression socks & Scrub caps
- Embroidered shirts
- Customized garments
How do your reward points work?
Simply create an account during checkout to be automatically enrolled. You can also join in-person at our Sudbury store.
How do I earn and redeem points?
- Earn: You receive 1 point for every $1 spent (pre-tax) both online and in-store.
- Redeem: You can trade your points for discounts on your entire order:
- 250 pts = 5% off
- 500 pts = 10% off
- 750 pts = 15% off
- 1,000 pts = 20% off
- Note: Points cannot be applied toward Stethoscopes or Nursing Kits.
How to start a return?
Ready to send something back? Just follow these three simple steps:
- Verify Eligibility Double-check that your items aren't on the "Final Sale" list and are in original condition (unwashed, unworn, tags attached).
- Get Your Label Reach out to us to request a return shipping label. You can contact us in two ways:

- Pack & Ship Securely pack your items, attach the prepaid label we provide, and drop it off at the designated carrier.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund

What is the return policy?
We want you to love your uniforms! We accept returns on items that are unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached.
* Footwear: Must be in original, unworn condition.
- A $13.99 flat shipping fee applies to all returns which will be deducted from your total refund amount.
