In-Store Purchase Return Policy:
  • In-store purchases can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
  • Valid receipt must be presented for returns.

Online Purchase Return Policy:

  • For online returns or exchanges, a flat return fee of $15 for return shipping will be charged.
  • This fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Stethoscopes and nursing kits are final sale.
  • Scrub caps and compression socks are final sale.
  • Sale items are final sale.

Return Item Requirements:

  • Returned items must be in unwashed, unworn, and original condition with tags still attached.
  • Upon receiving returned items, we will inspect them.
  • Items that do not meet our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
  • Shoes must be unworn and in original condition.

Non-Refundable Charges:

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
Return Process:
  • To return an item, please email our store, and we will provide you with a return label.
  • You can bring the labeled package to your local Canada Post for return.

  • Return Timeframe:
    • All items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
    • Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed.

Exchange Process:

  • To exchange an item, please email our store, and we will send you a shipping label for the return.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will send you the new item.
  • A flat fee of $15 applies for all returns or exchanges.
