Returns

You can choose to return the items at your own cost, or we can provide a shipping label for a $15 fee. Please contact us via email, and we'll arrange the return label for you.

Online Purchases:
  • $15 flat return/exchange shipping fee. 
  • Amount will be deducted from refund.
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, with tags still attached.
  • Non-compliant items will be shipped back at customer's expense.
  • Final Sale items: sale items, stethoscopes, compression socks, scrub caps.
  • Shoes must be unworn & original condition.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 In-Store Purchases:

  • Return within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
  • Valid receipt required.
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, with tags still attached.
  • Shoes must be unworn & original condition.
  • Lab coats are exchange only.
  • Final Sale items: sale items, stethoscopes, compression socks, scrub caps.
  • Any non-compliant returns that do not meet our return policy can be refused.

Return Process:

  • Begin the return process by securely packaging the items, printing and affixing the label to the parcel, then take it to Canada Post for shipping.
  • Upon receiving the return, we will promptly notify you of its arrival. If the return adheres to our return policy, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
