How do I earn and redeem points?

Earn: You receive 1 point for every $1 spent (pre-tax) both online and in-store.
Redeem: You can trade your points for discounts on your entire order:
250 pts = 5% off
500 pts = 10% off
750 pts = 15% off
1,000 pts = 20% off

Note: Points cannot be applied toward Stethoscopes or Nursing Kits.

Verify Eligibility Double-check that your items aren't on the "Final Sale" list and are in original condition (unwashed, unworn, tags attached).
Get Your Label Reach out to us to request a return shipping label. You can contact us in two ways:
Contact Form located on our website or email: Lasalle.uniforms@gmail.com.
Pack & Ship Securely pack your items, attach the prepaid label we provide, and drop it off at the designated carrier.

Quick Tip: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus the $12.99 flat fee) to your original payment method.

We want you to love your uniforms! We accept returns on items that are unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached. * Footwear: Must be in original, unworn condition.

A $12.99 flat shipping fee applies to all returns which will be conveniently deducted from your total refund amount.

To maintain hygiene and customization standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale and clearance items
Stethoscopes
Compression socks & Scrub caps
Embroidered or customized shirts

Please ensure your items meet the "unwashed, unworn, tags attached" criteria before sending them back. If we receive an item that does not meet these standards, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.
