Return Eligibility
To receive a refund, items must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached.

Footwear: Must be in original, unworn condition.

Original Shipping: Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Fee: A $13.99 flat shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Important: If we receive an item that does not meet our eligibility standards, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Final Sale Items
To maintain hygiene and customization standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

How to Make a Return

Step 1: Verify Eligibility Double-check that your items are not on the Final Sale list and are in their original condition.

Step 3: Pack & Ship Securely pack your items, attach the provided prepaid label, and drop the package off at the designated carrier.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (minus the $13.99 fee) will be processed back to your original payment method.
