Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following standards:

  • Condition: Unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
  • Footwear: Must be in original, undamaged packaging and unworn condition.
  • Return Shipping Fee: A flat fee of $13.99 will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Original Shipping: Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please Note: Items returned that do not meet these criteria will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  • Sale and clearance items
  • Customized or embroidered items
  • Special orders and bulk orders
  • Hemmed pants
  • Stethoscopes
  • Lab coats
  • Compression socks & scrub caps

How to Start a Return

  1. Check Eligibility: Ensure your item is unwashed, unworn, and not listed as Final Sale.
  2. Request a Return Label: Contact us to receive your prepaid shipping label:
  3. Pack & Drop Off: Securely package the items, attach the prepaid label, and drop off the package at the designated carrier.

Once inspected, your refund (minus the $13.99 fee) will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a replacement item as quickly as possible:

  1. Send your original item back following the return steps above.
  2. Place a brand-new order on our website for the preferred size or style.
