Shipping and Returns/Exchanges
Free Shipping and Flat Shipping Rate:
- Free shipping is available for orders over $100 (before taxes) across Canada.
- Orders under $100 (before taxes) are subject to a flat shipping rate of $15 Canada wide.
In-Store Purchase Return Policy
- In-store purchases can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
- Returns must meet our return policy.
- Valid receipt must be presented for returns.
Online Purchase Return Policy:
- For online returns or exchanges, a flat return fee of $15 for return shipping will be charged.
- This fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- The flat fee for exchanges can be paid over the phone or through email.
Return Item Requirements:
- Returned items must be in unwashed, unworn, and original condition with tags still attached.
- Upon receiving returned items, we will inspect them.
- Items that do not meet our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
- Shoes must be unworn and in original condition.
Non-Refundable Charges:
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
Right to Refuse Return:
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return policy.
Shipping and Processing Time:
- Online orders are typically shipped within 24 hours from our store, excluding weekends.
- Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday morning.
- Delivery times within Canada range from 1 to 3 days.
Defective Items:
- For repair, maintenance, and warranty service covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please follow the instructions provided.
Return Process:
- Start a Return
- You can bring the labeled package to your local Canada Post for return.
- Return Timeframe:
- All items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
- Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed.
Exchange Process:
- Start an exchange
- Once we receive the returned item, we will send you the new item.
- A flat fee of $15 applies for all returns or exchanges.
Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Stethoscopes and nursing kits are final sale.
- Scrub caps and compression socks are final sale.
- Sale items more than 30% off are final sale.
